Adjustments to policies
If you wish to do the following we suggest you e-mail any requests in, we will generally respond within 24 working hours.
Cancellation of policy
If you require a policy to be cancelled please return the current certificate of motor Insurance together with a letter confirming you have had no accidents or claims, if you have had a claim during the course of the year you can still cancel the policy though no monetary refund will be given till your insurers have received documentary evidence that you have received a full refund from the other party, we suggest any documents are sent to us by recorded delivery. Regrettably we cannot cancel a policy by e-mail.
Change of address
We will require the full address, telephone number and garaging details of where your motorcycle will be kept, we will contact you with any additional premium to be paid, and we are unable to confirm that we have noted your new details until we have replied and any additional premiums paid.
Change in occupation
Please advise your job title and occupation, we will then contact you by e-mail with confirmation that your Insurers have noted same. There is no doubt endless scenario's so if you are in any doubt please e-mail us and we will respond accordingly.
Change of vehicles
Please e mail us with your possible change of vehicle, when communicating please provide the full bike details i.e. Honda CBR600 F, the year of manufacture and value, this will save us both time when communicating with you, the additional premium will be advised within twenty-four working hours. If you require the change of vehicle to be carried out immediately then please give us a call.
Claims

This is Linder Myer's Solicitors (this assumes you have legal cover). Linder Myers they have a dedicated team headed up by Mark Howarth, Mark is a fully qualified solicitor who has worked with Rampdale's for over ten years so what he doesn't know about motor bike claims is not worth knowing.
They will deal with all your uninsured losses, which can include the repairs to your bike (if you are third party or third party fire and theft), motorcycle hire whilst your vehicle is being repaired (provided the other party are insured), damage to clothing, helmet, personal injuries and loss of wages even if you did not opt for legal cover still give them a call as in most cases they will endeavour to assist.
If your cover is comprehensive, still call Linder Myer's legal helpline first and they will take you through the steps you need to follow then pass on the relevant Insurance companies telephone numbers to you.
Renewals
Generally we would have written to you twenty one days prior to your renewal date, assuming there have been no changes to your personal circumstances you can renew the policy on line.
